RecommendedI attend the senior fitness group M, W and F at 9:30. It's a great workout with Deb and lots of fun. I've also reaped the benefits of PT with wonderful physical therapists! Friendly and enjoyable members and staff!
Go to there Monday,Wednesdays and Fridays for Silver Sneakers. Close to home and good people there too. They make it fun.
Great. Attend SIlver Sneakers class M,W and Fri. Fun group of friends
