RecommendedThe fitness programs for senior citizens is a God send. As an older person, I tend to not be as active as I should be. The Silver Sneakers program keeps me physically able to be socially active as well as keeping my body fit.

the classes are great ! been doing boot camp and I love it !
I am going for physical therapy and everyone there is so very nice. I love how they are working with my shoulders and also how they help you with your mental state as well. Not being able to do every day tasks is very frustrating and depressing but Jamie gave me a nice pep talk the other day and it just made me feel good that I am able to express how I feel mentally and physically. I do plan on getting a membership there in the future!
This is an amazing gym. The staff is awesome and really wants to help you hit your goals. Boot camp with Andy kicks my butt but I really love it!!!
Love this gym!! Great membership fee...super affordable!! I love the quality of the trainers/instructors ..its always a challenge...and always different!!!! I love that your bootcamps are included in your membership fee. Love the spin classes....high energy and a great calorie burn!!!I highly recommend this gym!!!!!
When nowhere else helped they are awesome and really make a difference, and that is huge, as I needed something to make a difference and they did!! Awesome PT's and Awesome staff!
I have always had great results here after thumb surgeries and back surgeries. Great people.
