I've had a great experience living here! The apartment community is clean, well-maintained, and full of greenery, which creates a peaceful, nature-filled environment. Despite the age of the property, it's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top shape. Jose and Tianna, the managers, are truly hands-on and always present. Although I don’t live in this community myself, I’ve been visiting regularly for the past five years because my brother has lived here since and every time I come by, I’m genuinely impressed. This is truly one of the nicest apartment communities in the area. The grounds are always well-maintained and exceptionally clean, which really speaks to how seriously the management and maintenance teams take their work. All the recent 5 star reviews are fake. Cons 1. No parking spots after midnight. If you park along the yellow lines after driving around for an hour or more, they will tow you. 2. Homeless folks will come and live in your stair wells and break the locks of your buildings. 3. Kids will block entrance to your buildings and be a pain while you try to go about your business. 4.
