Lerner Surrey Square has been a nightmare to work with and their management Fay Smith and Ana Ventura are dishonest and will go out their way to attempt to keep your security deposit. Please note there is an active mouse infestation since the beginning of my lease and a double homicide that occurred here in December 2024. Fay kicked me out of the leasing office when I told a potential tenant about it. Her response was "crime happens everywhere".

I have three weeks without air conditioning, the maintenance guys come and fix it but it only works for a couple of hours and at night the heat is really bad . The manger does not care, she says there are people who are waiting for whom knows when. I think that is not the answer that you expects when you are paying to live here
