They literally poured wet concrete in front of my garage... with NO NOTICE AND MY CAR BLOCKED INSIDE, causing me to miss work. This, in addition to loud drunks and fights in parking areas, marijuana smokers & auto fumes inside apartment from neighbors garage, water leaks left by delayed maintenance response....
RecommendedGreat maintenance, great leasing office, really cool perks (valet trash, amazon lockers, complimentary shuttle to Reston-Wiehle station ((cant stop talking about that perk tbh)) and a great gym!). Only (small) complaint is the continual reminders I’ve had to give them in order to get the person that referred Lerner to me their actual Lerner referral bonus- still waiting 3 months in actually.
Discriminatory practices by the property manager, David Castillo. Every time I had to interact with him. I felt constantly belittled and treated like I was a dumb little child. I don’t know if he has a problem with women, or the LGBT Community, and I don’t really care, I am just glad to be out. We have been living here for a few months now and we are loving it! The leasing office is so nice and always responsive with our questions or needs.
I’ve lived here 3 years, and the last year was quite a ride, that’s for sure. I will re-do my review of Lerner Parc Dulles after I see if the move out goes smoothly or not. I will say that the pool is absolutely beautiful!

Awesome and well maintained complex of apartments. The leasing team are great help. Lina, especially, has always been help to me. She always make me feel I have a family to take care of me here.
Just as in a moment I made known by this way my displeasure with the personnel and the attention of the community in this occasion I want to let them know something different. The new manager Carla Mahler-Staley has helped me a lot to solve my problems and her attention has been fast, timely and fair.
