Discriminatory practices by the property manager, David Castillo. Every time I had to interact with him. I felt constantly belittled and treated like I was a dumb little child. Terrible experience, their customer service is non-existent. Leasing office staff is extremely difficult to deal with and not very bright. The apartments are nice looking, but its not worth it to deal with the staff’s constant mistakes. A few times this involved being charged for rent that was more than the signed lease amount - yes this happened more than once! Totally illegal. RecommendedI’ve lived here 3 years, and the last year was quite a ride, that’s for sure. I will re-do my review of Lerner Parc Dulles after I see if the move out goes smoothly or not. I will say that the pool is absolutely beautiful!
RecommendedHighly recommended for the upscale living. Incredible place to live. Not to mention the awesome leasing staff! Damon and Katie in particular are fantastic, I’ve lived here for a while and not had the first issue. The amenities are endless and everything is beyond convenient!
The WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Would not recommend. The staff (especially the manager) is extremely rude.
