Had two appointments scheduled for a phone consult after going back and forth with the secretary trying to schedule an appointment at an accommodating time. First phone appointment was Friday, 10/3/25 at 4:45. Nobody ever called us. When I emailed to inquire why, I got no explanation. They called to reschedule for Tuesday, 10/7/25 at 4pm and verified my number and said the attorney would call on my number. We waited and rearranged our schedules and again nobody called. Nicole is the only Attorney I would even consider hiring in Luzerne County. Truly a brilliant legal mind and genuinely cares about her clients!
Nicole was supposed to represent me in court on a custody matter but because I did not give her a full payment she could not represent me. I do not advise using her. It takes her about a month to get back to me regarding anything with custody. I am out of work and could not afford to pay her the full amount that she asked for as a retainer fee And she does not look into anything regarding my matters with custody.
One of the worst attoneys. She lied several times regarding contract and billing. Was saying that she was making phone calls to me and emails billed me for them and it never happened. She could not wait to get out of the court room shaking her legs huffing and puffing as if I was wasting her time. She did not do any of her due diligence regarding the case and when I pointed out discrepancies she told me to just "deal with it and take it as a win" Any time I call with a concern she doesnt look into it.
