It is truly refreshing to find a pharmacy where they care about the patient - customer and not just about making money. They put the needs of the customer first, answer questions and explain issues. They go out of their way to help and take time to go the extra step. Outstanding!!!
I use the Howard City Pharmacy and the service is excellent. The people are not only friendly, but knowledgeable and very efficient. And the drive-up window is a plus!
I use the Ferrysburg location and will keep going back. The staff there is excellent - they are friendly, take the time to answer questions, and always have my prescriptions ready when they say they will. The prices there are good too.
The entire staff is caring, helpful, efficient and they have a great attitude. They are the small town, great bed side manner that everyone deserves when sick or in pain.
The best pharmacy around, especially if you're looking for professionals who care about your needs. I love it and highly recommend it!
