Extremely disappointed with Lepow. The appointment clerk is rude, unable to behave as a health care professional, and should not be allow to talk with patients. My father is a 20 yr Air Force Veteran. Lepow was identified and referred by his PCP to care for my father who has CFH, Type 2 Diabetes, major neuropathy, ulcerated toe on right foot which might have infected the bone. When I arrived at the Kingwood office, I misplaced father's military ID. I did have his insurance card, yet I was not allowed to offer an option to fa... read more
