Did not have a good experience. Sold our house with them and they omitted info from listing causing first deal to fall through. Also bought new house with them and they forgot deadlines and didn't send info to loan officer. Would not recommend.

RecommendedExcellent real estate company. Local. Honest. The agents are great to work with and knowledgeable about their business. Not only do the brokers and agents portray the professionals they are through their demeanor and integrity, they ARE Iowa City area real estate!
I think a realty firm should be aware that a covenant is written into the abstract. Lepic Kroeger told me there was no covenant on my property. That just wasn't true. I found it and told them about it. It seems like that's a pretty important detail that a realty company should be aware of.
