These guys are awesome! Found them on Google. They had the best rating if ALL the other sewer sevices. Needed them Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and they worked me in. They were a life saver. Their fees were exceptionally reasonable... even after hours on a holuday. Not because of what they didn't do but had to call them out again on Saturday night after Thanksgiving and again they were there almost before I hung up the phone. Stephanie sent Carlos out to my daughters house this morning to clear a blockage in the main sewer line. It was freezing cold working on the line from an outside clean out but Carlos just kept at it until the line was open and flowing normally. Thank you Leo's! Thank you Stephanie for sending Carlos! We had an emergency at our house, Leo's sent out Chad to come fix our tub drain. The tub needed more work and a plumber was also needed. Shawn came out and fixed the tub while Chad was still here. Both were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring service to our tub. I would highly recommend Leo's Sewer and Drain - Thank you Chad and Shawn for your amazing service!
We scheduled a drain camera inspection on friday for Wednesday at 2.00pm and when i called u toled me it was on the books and someone will be out after they finish up at there last appointment.but i have a appointment at 2 and you people suck and i will wright a letter once a week for one year to the BBB. Excellent service and cost from Leo's. Carlos did a great job clearing a clogged drain a couple of months ago and that is why we called them when another company could not fulfill an appointment and we were left with no hot water due to a leaking water heater. Didn't know they did plumbing until we called them in the morning. They were here right after lunch and got the new water heater installed. Leo's was awesome! Their technician, Chad, fixed a problem that two other companies missed and at a fraction of the cost. A bigger company had already done some work (snaking and hydrojetting), which cost several hundred dollars and didn't fix the problem. They said they had done everything to get the blockage out and the only option was to excavate, which they quoted at $2,800. We had a second company take a look, and their quote was even higher.
