I've gone to Leo's on airport for years. Fast, reasonable, honest and friendly except the older woman that's in the office. She is wicked and has horrible customer service skills. I have personally witnessed a racist attitude towards people who aren't like her as well as rude and non empathetic towards people who English is not a first language. If you can overlook her and focus on the mechanics you're good.

For the longest time, I used to go to Mario‘s inspection down the road, but they recently switched over to first-come, first-served, and somehow in that process, the customer service quality has gone straight down the hole. I decided to look at Leo‘s, and not only was I able to schedule an appointment, but it was easy to pre-pay using their software. They were super nice and prompt, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes for my inspection. What else could you ask for?

I had a great experience getting my state inspection done here at Leo service center. I arrived very close to closing time and they were still able to squeeze me in for my state inspection. The inspector, Marc was quick and efficient. He identified one small problem that was keeping me from passing and was able to remedy it for me for only $40.
