I had been in a couple times before, to get oil changes done. Then another time, to have them rotate my tires. Things seemed fine, relative. As in, I hadn’t had any bad experiences, but I also hadn’t had any “standout” customer service experiences either. Today was really bad. I went in to pick up my car - because they had it for a couple days. After I expressed that I experienced a break-in, and wanted to know how much it would cost to fix all the things. Fast & efficient! Loved how I could book online, makes it so much easier to plan my day. Drove away in under 15 mins. 10/10
I've gone to Leo's on airport for years. Fast, reasonable, honest and friendly except the older woman that's in the office. She is wicked and has horrible customer service skills. I have personally witnessed a racist attitude towards people who aren't like her as well as rude and non empathetic towards people who English is not a first language. If you can overlook her and focus on the mechanics you're good.
