They are wonderful!! My last experience was when I took them an old ruby ring and needed to have it reset in a new setting, in less than 2 weeks. Not only did they find me a beautiful new setting, but they had it ordered and ready for me to pick up in less than 1 week. I nearly cried when I saw it - it was just perfect! And my sister did cry when we gave it to her for her 50th birthday a few days later, which was the exact result we were hoping for! Thank you to Pam and Leo's!
