A lady working the phones sent me an excessive cost (almost $300.)to replace a single window pane and after a sent a message back she would not respond to my calls. Leo’s use to be reasonable cost friendly & professional. The worse service ever!!!!

This place calls themselves a “business” ??? I call it a “JOKE” of a business !! Don’t bother wasting your time! Save yourself a headache, because these people DO NOT VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER OR HUMAN BEING!! This business will NEVER GET A DIME FROM ME, and if they don’t change their procedures and receptionists they won’t get a dime from ANYONE ELSE!! I will DEFINITELY BE REPORTING TO THE BBB!!
