We use Grubhub to order for several people at my job for our lunch. Today when we got the order it was not correct, the order print out was even taped to the bag and it was still the wrong food. I called to Leo’s after receiving the order and wanted them to make the order correct as it was one of my coworkers lunch. I was told it was a silly mistake, we have a lot of to go orders and there was nothing they could do, so now my coworker was not only out her lunch but the money too. Very poor business!!! Went to Leo's Coney island on Miller rd. today. I had ordered breakfast and it was awful. The bacon was not done like I ordered and hash browns were way too done and the toast was burnt to a crisp!! I had asked for a discount only because I had eaten a little of it but that was all. The manager would not give me anything off at all. Told me that they wood remake it but by then my taste for it was ruined. I was willing to pay for 50% of it and they flat out told me NO WAY !! I go there all the time. I had the chicken tender pita holy moly it was delicious! Fast service and super friendly waitress!
We have always been treated well and the food is good. I took my dad here a few times before he passed away and he would request the fish and chips when I visited.
