Dr.Sheily is my #1 go to dentist. Not just saying this because she is my favorite but every time I come in for a cleaning or emergency she goes above and beyond for me. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top quality dental care. Thank you, Dr. Sheily, for your outstanding service and commitment to your patients' well-being! She also made my smile beautiful with Invisalign treatment and her entire staff is awesome.
Do not go to the Melrose Dentist. I wouldn't leave a bad review for a woman-owned practice under most circumstances, but I've been to Dr Sheily 4 times and can confidently say that this office should be avoided at all costs. 1) It looks like a nail salon inside. All cleanings and procedures are done in one big open room, so you can hear and see everyone else, which is odd and unsettling. 2) The Melrose Dentist's billing practices are super shady. Dr. Sheily has been wonderful. Her and her team are super friendly, and they've gone the extra mile to check in after a procedure. I'm an anxious dental patient, and she walked me through everything going on to put my mind at ease. There is also a team of other dental professionals in the office, including an endodontis. So when I needed a root canal everything was taken care of that same week. Parking is also easy.
Dr. Sheily is a phenomenal dentist. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail as she goes. Her office has state of the art technology and as someone that works in the medical field, I appreciate an office that invests in the newest and best technology for patients. This is unfortunately not always standard across the board, so if you are looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend you book an appointment here.
Dr. Shiely was phenomenal. i have had horrible experiences at the dentist in the past and she was great about communicating and making me feel safe and calm. she explained everything in great detail and made sure to answer all of my questions. she’s also super funny! the establishment is clean and feels safe, all staff was friendly and pleasant.
