The absolute WORST doctor I've ever seen - I've never been so gaslit in my life. I've been on Armor Thyroid for decades and doing very well on it. I was deployed here and just needed a refill. He proceeded to tell me no way, he would only prescribe synthroid. I told him I had no interest in switching to synthetic medicine and had to personal educate him on what a conversion problem is and that Armour has been around since the 1800's, etc. He ignored me and said he didn't care if I wanted to stay on it he would never prescrib... read more
I have been a patient since 2024. I was able to make my first appointment over the phone, but ever since then I haven't unable to be connected to an actual person on the phone. The recording tells you that they are to busy to answer and to call back later or it simply hangs up the call, so annoying. I Think its time to change doctors.
Went in for my appointment & it was a huge waste of time. Had to fill out the same paperwork I turned in days before, got charged $45 for the appointment just to be told they can't attend me. This office Is an unorganized mess 👎🏽 especially cobos himself
El peor servicio en atencion de llamadas y mucha espera en las citas. Una vez casi me corre el doctor porque estaba en una llamada cuando entro siendo que era una emeegnecia y ya me tenian esperando en el cuarto mas de 30 min.
