I've been a patient for the past year and I've yet to see the actual Dr. Also, when calling, they put you on hold for a few minutes only to reach the front of the patient line on the phone and then you get kicked back to the end of the line. Their system is tragic. The NP were delightful but that's about it. It's such a shame that no other endo Dr. is available locally, Dr. Ngo was a marvel.
Horrible with communication. Customer service with patients is horrible. Also waited for a good hour on hold , moved to place two , then was answered and placed back on hold to be back in line at number 4. Horrible service. Update* the doctor prescribed a vitamin D medication which I found out caused damage to my bones and should not have even been taking it when i found a new doctor in San Antonio. The reseptionist are very rude and always cancle aponitments with out you knowing they make u go and say your app was canceled with no call. Theyre ugly with the eldery.. Cuz they cant defend them selfs
