Great experience overall. I brought my car in because it was loud and rattling. They squeezed me in last minute, which I honestly didn’t expect and really appreciated. They have phenomenal customer service. From the start, communication was clear and everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Everyone was so lovely and they even found multiple things that were missed during my last inspection at a local dealership less than 1,000 miles ago.
