RecommendedLeon’s has the most authentic food you’ll find in the capital region. A hidden little gem in Ballston Spa, the atmosphere when you walk in is fun and inviting. Beautiful hand painted murals on the walls, fun music, a patio area and a private dining space are some of the features. Hands down, this is the best Mexican food I’ve had! I can’t stop!

Came in tonight for dinner and waited over an hour for our food to come. The people who were seated after us received their appetizers and meals before we ever got our food. 4 staff checked on our order each time assuring us our food was coming out. Clearly someone in the kitchen lost our order. When our bill came there wasn’t any adjustment at all for the excessive wait and poor service. Very disappointing as I have been here before and service was not this bad. Would not go back anytime soon.
Me and my mom were looking for a good Mexican food restaurant with good queso. We sat down, they gave us the free chips and salsa, we ordered queso for an appetizer, and it was not very good. It was gritty and not creamy at all. So we weren’t gonna make a big deal about it, just move on to the next Mexican food place, So when we went to tell the waitress that the queso kinda tasted bad (very politely I might add) she immediately got an attitude. “Excuse me?!?
