Order there tonight and the pizza was amazing as always but decided to try out there subs and that was a HUGE MISTAKE, order the steak & cheese and the chicken club got home took a bite out of each sub and I swear to you the worst quality meat I’ve ever tasted, couldn’t even eat it!! You guys really should push product out like that I’m a restaurant owner/chef and I don’t even know what type of so called steak that was but it was awful!! Stick to the pies and pull the subs off you menu please
Marco's pizza is probably the best I have found in this area. They put a generous amt of toppings and use very good ingredients. Always enjoy whatever I get there. If you haven't already, you should give it a try.
Delivery person came and did not bring the entire order. Said they would be back ...20 minutes later and I had to call the store and they hadn’t left to bring the rest of my order... Manager did cancel the transaction . Pay closer attention to delivery orders....
Tried to place order on line to get $4.00 off, but it would not take the code. I called Marcos on Elm. Oh sure honey my manager can work some magic. She comes back on the phone, they won’t honor it even though it doesn't expire until June 2018. My favorite pizza place turns out to be dishonest. Heart broken. Luckily I have a 2nd favorite! So long Marco’s!! — feeling concerned.
