Great Chinese food! Great prices and portions.
I’m not sure cashew chicken will become my favorite go, but it was delicious. Leong’s was the founder of Springfield Missouri’s version of Asian cashew chicken. It’s really a brown gravy sauce put on cashew chicken. It’s pretty good.

We love Leong's. After we tried it the first time last year, it has become our only Chinese restaurant that we go to. The food is outstanding, and the service has always been superior. John always greets us like old friends and we really appreciate the welcoming greetings and attentive service.
I had Tofu vegetable stirfry. The vegetables were delightful...fresh and light..no grease
