As someone who is truly gluten sensitive and not just following a fad, I am deeply appreciative of Leong's wonderful accommodations for us gf-ers. I recently ate at a popular chain restaurant in town, and when I asked if they had a gf menu I was met with a sigh and a curt "no". Your gf food is fabulous and you do not charge extra just because it's gf. We hope you'll open another one on the east side of town!
