Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I was referred to Dr. Leong when my daughter was nine months old and I was unhappy with our old pediatrician. I even switched to a new OBGYN so I could stick to the hospital where Dr. Leong is contracted with when I had my second child. Dr. Leong and his staff are the best. I'm so glad I have him to rely on for the care of my kids. I've even referred my sister-in-law, my coworker, and other friends throughout the years.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'll definitely be going back.
