The President of this company hired us to SoftWash patios, decks, and other items at his home. He made his deposit payment prior to service. We completed the work. Every effort to collect the balance he owes our small business he has avoided. When we reach him on the phone, he hangs up. Mostly he has not answered the phone and we have left about 30 voicemails which have gone unanswered. We have mailed and emailed the invoice about 15 times.
