Excelente la atención de primera todo en general muy buena la comida riquísima y la gente que trabaja allí muy muy amables gracias por habernos atendido super bien contentísima
We had a great time at our swim banquet. It was a basic catering hall meal with filet, chicken or salmon. The only thing was the decor hasn’t changed since the Sopranos were filmed there ages ago. The rugs going downstairs were dirty as well. Needs replacing but the place itself was fine.

Leonard’s Palazzo is the best! I had the most amazing time attending my cousin’s wedding in their gorgeous grandballroom, but during cocktail hour (in the beautiful outdoor patio) I heard a familiar voice and it was Jay Ahn’s! The banquet manager who coordinated my sweet 16 four years ago at the Astoria Manor!! Such a small world! Palazzo decor is fabulous. Staff attentive. Only critism, not enough china for place setting. Only a dinner plate, no bread plate or plate for the pastries given for desert. Had to ask for coffee and not enough sugar at table. For the crowd at the wedding, (over 400),two bars, on each side of the room would have been good.
The staff was phenomenal! The greeters, elevator staff, rest room, servers, bartenders...they were really nice, efficient, and anticipated everything a guest would need. The food was excellent, too. Thanks!
