I had high hopes when reaching out to them, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I inquired about the cost of a specific procedure—one that wasn’t listed on their website—and received no clear response, despite reaching out both via phone and message. It's a pleasure to offer a review of Dr. John Leonardo and his practice. First off, the office has parking available for patients, and it's roughly a fifteen minute walk from the Kipling subway station. Thus, the office is accessible.
