I stopped in yesterday for the first time. Mike, Leo, and the crew were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I found a watch that I was looking for, and despite being my first time in the store, received a great price and excellent service. Mike gave me a short tour of the store, including the service areas, and I met most of the staff. I really felt like a valued customer, despite "only" buying one of their more modestly priced watches. I'll definitely be back in the future.
