Dr. Torres is amazing, nice, honest, and technically excellent. He found and fixed a very critical cleft in my daughter's throat--during covid, over a televisit, after four talented ENTs did not know how to solve the problem, Dr. Torres listened carefully and knew exactly what to do. Incredible. I do not like his office's management team at all, and have raised a number of complaints about the failed communications practices, but I have continued to bring my daughter to see him up to this point because he is gifted as an ENT... read more
