Horrible, I called to make an apt to see a house john has listed. To make a long story short, John refused to show me the house or answer questions unless I set him a pre-approval. Very unprofessional. I told him I already spoke to my lender and was approved well over the house I was interested in. He wanted me to send him personal information before I even knew if I liked the house. I've been in sales for 20 years, I would never treat a potential customer like that. John is the best in the business. I had some unusual situations with my home sale and new home purchase. I don’t think it would have went as smooth as it did without John. John works night and day and is always available for you. He understands buying/selling a home is stressful as well as emotional and is always there for any questions you may have. Don’t go anywhere else! Thank you again John!!!!
