I needed some plumbing work done that involved fixing a 4-foot section of underground 2-inch lateral pipe, as well as a 4-foot repair of the above-ground 4-inch kitchen drain pipe and a 2-inch stand pipe, all inside my home. The pipes were thoroughly rodded, and Patrick took the time to show me with a camera that the pipes were clear of any blockages. He even assisted us in searching for our lost cat in Chicago! it's hard to express how much we appreciated him going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. My plumber, Leonard, did an excellent job sorting out the issue, and he was also a very pleasant person. I enjoyed conversing with him about our shared experiences living in Chicago. He was polite, wore a mask for safety, and tidied up after finishing the work.
