Unfortunately, we haven’t worked with this company, but what I can say is that what we were talking to the receptionist to get assistance and she was extremely rude hostile and unprofessional. We have been dealing with a roof leak for over a year in our house and are trying to identify the roofer in charge and she was completely disrespectful and unhelpful and the process of trying to navigate this nightmare we have been dealing with. Horrible service Almost got into a car crash with a driver ouch 😓
They have been to my house twice to fix a leak and failed to fix it both times. Last visit they didn’t even acknowledge completing the work, they just left without saying a word. Update; the roof is still leaking
I agree wholeheartedly with all the reviewers who posted negative reviews (there are way more negative reviews than there are positive ones) since their experience rivaled mine. Trying to get a hold of a “manager” is like trying to get a hold a “manager” from an overseas call center. This is not about the work performed but merely about the disrespect the receptionist Alexia has for clients in general. I called just for a quick update on a check to be mailed out and she immediately begins with attitude because I didn’t know who I spoke with last about it. I asked for billing, or even a manager when she kept stating shes receptionist, I get it but you can atleast help guide a customer to where they need to go right?
