KB used Leonard Roofing to install my roof on a house built in 2012. We had a serious leak due to one of the O’hagin vents not being installed properly. KB had them fix the problem, but they did not check the rest of the roof and this year another O’hagin vent issue started to leak. They refuse to take responsibility for their work. I hired Miller Roofing to check what the problem is and they discovered that a whole row of tiles were not installed with the required 3” over hang. Leonard Roofing installed all the solar systems in my new community that has about 70+ properties. 50+/70 solar systems were wire incorrectly. We all (neighbors) had to complain several times for Leonard roofing to accept their mistake and send someone to fix the issue. We also over paid for electricity bills due to the wrong installation. The customer service sucks. I really hope they run out oof business. -5 review. If I can give less than one start then I would have.
