It has been extremely difficult to get ahold of someone regarding a roof leak. I keep getting passed from one person to another, and each time I finally reach someone, I’m told that they’ll email me with an update. Unfortunately, those promised updates never come. The lack of communication and follow-through has been very frustrating. I understand that things can take time, but customers should not have to repeatedly chase someone down just to get an update on an ongoing issue.
Horrible customer service. They’ve come out two times and still haven’t fixed my leaky roof, third time they were supposed to come out they never showed up. The roofers they send don’t seem knowledgeable at all. After showing them pictures of the leaks, they didn’t fix all the leaks. Noticed leaks after the recent rains.
Unfortunately, we haven’t worked with this company, but what I can say is that what we were talking to the receptionist to get assistance and she was extremely rude hostile and unprofessional. We have been dealing with a roof leak for over a year in our house and are trying to identify the roofer in charge and she was completely disrespectful and unhelpful and the process of trying to navigate this nightmare we have been dealing with. Horrible service Almost got into a car crash with a driver ouch 😓
They have been to my house twice to fix a leak and failed to fix it both times. Last visit they didn’t even acknowledge completing the work, they just left without saying a word. Update; the roof is still leaking
