I’m old enough to have had visited many many doctors over decades. Dr. Confident is all I’d expect a doctor to be, .. kind, very caring, wise, patient and more! The staff is super friendly and one of the nurses recently gave me some good personal advice, saving me a nice amount of money. As an older person you often feel dismissed nowadays, but I never had that experience at Dr. Confident’s office, God bless them all!

I'm sad to see some recent posts that score the office below par. My few visits have gone very well, thanks to the friendliness of the staff and the personal interactions with the doctor, who has been the only primary care provider to double-check my radiograph results that two radiologists had misdiagnosed and to refer me to an Orthopedic surgeon for treatment. I am very disappointed with the way this doctor’s office handled my request. I visited the office on June 5 and provided the information needed for a doctor’s note for my workplace. I was told to call back on Monday, which I did, but now it is Wednesday and the note still has not been completed because the doctor is not in the office. This delay has put me in a difficult situation with my employer. A simple work-related medical document should not take this long, especially after I followed the instructions given to me.
