Dr Cetner is a very kind and caring
I have been seeing this Dr for years and not had any issues until today. I came in for my yearly skin check and was told I could not be seen unless I give them a $100 deposit or put a card on file to be charged. I explained that my insurance only has a $20 copay which I was willing to pay prior to being seen. But was told that I could not be seen without a card on file or the $100 deposit because that is corporate policy. This is pre billing which is illegal. We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Cetner. He went out of his way to see my children as new patients after hours. He handled an insurance issue with incredible kindness and made sure my kids were well taken care of. Highly recommend!
