Went in without pain, came out with pain. Told me i needed complete crowns at the top. Got the temps put in an before I could get the permanents, I was refunded some of my money with no explanation of what happened. Next thing I know, he’s no longer practicing. Terrible. Very expensive made promises did not keep them Unable to chew properly pain 24000 $ later. Go back to office and they say his contract with dental designs not renewed. If anyone knows his insurance carrier please post. Patient since 2009. Went to see new dentist in his office. Waited 1 hour Charged me for visit and panoramic image. No panoramic image done.
