I had a bunionectomy with Dr. Brill and it was a fantastic experience. His office manager, Robin, truly went above and beyond to answer my million plus questions. Dr. Brill has a warm bedside manner and attentive to care. There can be a wait sometimes and is worth it. When visiting with him I never felt rushed and he gave ample time to make sure all questions are fully answered at each appointment. Terribly managed office. My experience as a patient with the doctor is that he is mediocre at best but what truly sets the practice apart is how badly managed the office is. From the long wait times (hour long wait for a 5 minute consultation), the inability to speak to anyone over the phone (30 minute+ wait times on the phone rivals the IRS and cellphone providers) and unethical billing practices, I think one can definitely do better for podiatry services in the metroplex.

I have had to see Dr Brill for a few issues. Dr.Brill, His assistant Mary and the office manager Robin all made my visits pleasant and all were involved in the treatment, billing and after care. I have recommended Dr.Brill to family and friends. All around good experience.

I had a great experience! Dr Brill answered my questions on my bone spur and took care of my nasty ingrown toenail :)
