I have applied for a lease at Fairfield Commons apartment in Middletown,DE. *******, the property manager is anything, BUT professional. She is nasty and rude to say the least. She has not provided me any updates and she refuses to answer the phone. When you go to the leasing office she does not answer the door EVER. The Property Manager and maintenance man gossip. You’re not allowed to smoke on property yet the maintenance man smokes in his Apartment, as well as hired help. I had two bad leaks and they never replaced or cleaned my carpet, I was told that it’s my responsibility, when it’s theirs as written in the lease. The maintenance man is sneaky and has loosen my PVC pipes connected to my AC unit causing an odor. Reduced my water pressure. My window locks on my aluminum windows broke, and instead of fixing it correctly, gave me windo... read more

Leon N Weiner & Associates not only build affordable housing they also manage each project under subsidiary company Arbor Management. Spellman House Apts & Townhomes is being ran like a correctional facility for Disabled elders ,adults,&children In the low incomed community. Spellman House is a nuisance building, not a good fit for vulnerable adults & children. Their whole operation from builder to property management corrupted. They advertise as smoke free in their Maryland properties ;at lease signing they attach a smoking... read more
