Great, I have experienced great results in my heath and lab work. Communication skills are excellent. Also what I need to know as a patient in care.
I've been with Dr Lai since 2007 n he's always been kind n very knowledgeable, and upfront and very aggressive when it comes down to your well being. Vanessa the head nurse is the same as well.

I wish I could rate the experience, but unfortunately I made an appointment a month ago and gave my insurance info over the phone and scheduled only to be told my insurance was not in network once I got there. Once I traveled and sat through endless traffic and complicated my entire day for this appointment. I was in complete disbelief. Especially since I found the doctor by searching using my insurance as a filter. I'll even include the screenshot that says they accept my insurance.
