I messaged Jamal outside of business hours asking if he had the bike I wanted in stock and got an almost instant reply. Jamal answered all of my questions as a new e-bike rider and took the time to show us how to work our new bike. We got the same price as manufacturer website special and Jamal threw in a free alarm to keep our bike safe. We are loving our new bike (Fatboy Harlem) and may even be back for another.
Purchased my first Fatboy Harlem from Hi5 today, awesome service, great price, went in to have a look, they let me take it for a spin I was hooked, walked out with it. So easy to deal with, thank you Hi5
