Excellent care, professional staff. Dr. Reid was great. I would recommend him to all.
I had a morning appointment. I did not have to wait a super long time before I was called. The staff is very professional, very kind. I was made to feel comfortable. Dr. Reid has a wonderful bedside manner. He is always very professional, knowledgeable.
Loved the doctor’s help and willingness to treat my problem & I really like all the staff they are very kind& Do a fantastic job- running the office like it’s clockwork- Everyone here is on top of their game & it makes going to see your doctor something enjoyable!
The vision in my left eye had changed. Dr. Reid examined my eye to determine what was causing the problem
Fast, thorough and courteous.
While the office staff may be surly and bad tempered, the nurse and Dr. Reid are fantastic. Very thorough and extremely competent.
Got a spec in my eye riding the coasters at Cedar Point. Cool place. D. Reid flipped my eyelid and removed the mote. I was no longer in pain. Insurance covered it. Win-win!
I would NEVER recommend Dr. Reid. After ignoring my questions/concerns about my condition, the problem persisted and I went to get a 2nd opinion. It turned out the prescription that Dr. Reid gave me was incorrect and was causing high eye pressure which could have led to permanent damage. I had a feeling something was wrong, but when I addressed it with Dr. Reid & his assistant, I was told that they had "years of experience in eye care" and brushed me off. Thank god I went and got a 2nd opinion!
Everyone was extremely friendly except the short haired red head with glasses. She was very unpleasant to deal with and she's dr Reid's primary assistant. She constantly complains about the computers and huffs and puffs often u set her breathe.
