I had an 2 p.m. appointment and showed up 15 moinutes early. I waited over 2 hours and my name was still not called so I told the receptionist I was leaving. I had already paid my copay so I now have to reschedule with the doctor for another appointment as I am not allowed to go elsewhere until the new year. I did see many many drug reps called back to speak with the doctor, this should have been done after hours and not taking the place of actual medical appointments. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
About 10 years ago I was a healthy guy who went for a simple check up to Dr. Cohen. Over the next 5 years, I spent hundreds of hours in Cohen’s waiting room and hundreds of dollars in copays. Cohen is notoriously known for overbooking, as apparently he doesn’t respect anyone’s time but his own. Time is money. Hence, I had to wait for more that 3 hours just to be seen for 2 minutes!
