Tom at storage solutions is exceptional! He is so sweet, patient and went above and beyond in assisting me with a storage unit. Coming from Boston, I was running late, however Tom assured me he would wait until I arrived. He had a unit already ready for me to view based on what i was looking for. He made the whole transaction, smooth, efficient and honestly calming. Tom, thank you so much for your sweet calm demeanor and amazing customer service, you were the highlight of our day!
The staff is excellent extremely polite well knowledgeable and they keep the place very clean top to bottom front to back they make sure everything's working right and if you have any questions they immediately do their best to answer is this solve the problems I give him two thumbs up and if I could 10 Stars. They are extremely respectable and understanding as well as a safe and secure place!!! They're very welcome and friendly!!! God bless them and keep them safe!!!
