*Excuse my feet being on here* My first time coming in and it was pretty awesome. I have not been to a nail place since I was 6 months pregnant. My son is now a year and a half old so yea.. They charged my credit card even when I gave 24+++ hour notice to cancel. They NEVER responded to FOUR emails or give confirmation of cancellation. You have to dispute with your credit card company. They also had my reviews removed. But you can see the type of business they are by all the reviews. Charging $5 to clean the tools? What??? My daughter gave me a $150 gift certificate, I am 70 years old. This is some kinda BS. They had no reason to take my credit card number. So now they have $248 FOR NOTHING. I had never been here before, and I booked myself a pedicure on a Monday morning for my birthday. I arrived a few minutes early and only then realized that they are open by appointment only on Mondays. The nail tech had gotten my appointment time wrong, so even though I arrived early, we started 10 minutes late. She was standoffish, and when another tech arrived 20 minutes later they started chatting. I just got a massage from Gabriella at Leo's and wow! I would highly recommend. The place is very cute inside and clean. There are two massage rooms in the back. I went to relax but I also have some tension in my hip and my shoulder so she focused on those areas. It was 60 minutes of heaven! She used hot stones and was very friendly, professional, and a great masseuse. I would go back!

Love going to the salon and the results after the service, however very disappointing that there’s no one at the front desk and it’s very hard to reach anyone.
