Update! I had already been considering trading my truck in, so when I finally picked it up after the service department’s latest fiasco, I was asked what they could do to make things right. After purchasing four vehicles from them over the years, my answer was simple: “Let’s trade this one in.” After about an hour of discussions, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My battery suddenly became barely strong to turn the motor. i went with no appointment and Evan worked me in. Not only did they change it out, but they inspected the trucks tires and brakes. Also Evan looked up my original battery and realized the battery was under warranty still. Also he volunteered to coordinate me getting the transmission serviced, since their shop is really busy right now. Just top-notch serviceall the way around.
