Philip's son Joe is the current owner of Leo Marks Jewelers Philip found his passion in the jewelry business when he opened a jewelry store in Port Clinton, Ohio after World War II. Leo Marks Jewelers is by far the best jewelry store around. My Wedding ring was in need of a repair and some TLC. When it came back to me, I was shocked at the sparkle. My ring looks like it is brand new. Thank you Joanne and Steve for putting my beautiful ring back on my finger.
