Leo, Brandon and crew did a wonderful job on master and hallway bath remodels. The entire Lantz crew and subcontractors were always professional and courteous and the quality of work excellent. Their team communicates well, is very responsive to any questions/issues and the results are just perfect. Highly recommended!!!

Leo Lantz has renovated our kitchen and four bathrooms over the past several years. Recently (January 2026) we had a minor issue with some grout in one of the bathrooms. Even though Leo had done this renovation several years ago, we called him and he came personally and made the repair (at no cost). This is just another demonstration of Leo's commitment to his customers. We would never consider using anyone else for home renovations. I’m not from Virginia but while visiting family members in Henrico, I witnessed exceptional service performed by Leo Lantz, owner of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. On short notice and with such a positive response, he came to the house and repaired a leaking toilet as well as installed safety grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. His work is highly professional, done with a pleasant attitude and work ethic. We had a great experience working with Leo and his team! We love how our kitchen and bathroom remodel came together! Everyone involved in our remodel was professional and respectful. From the initial discussion as to our vision both functionally and aesthetically, everything was handled competently. Our project manager provided clear timelines for each segment of the remodel and updates to any changes in scheduling. The project was completed early and beautifully.
