Leo is wonderful. Very patient not pushy. He listened to us and was helpful with suggestions. We didn't need an open house. There advertising was great. Sold in about 4 weeks took longer due to bad weather. Weather cleared we immediately had 4 visits and 2 offers. Thank you ever so much.

They only suggest repairs that were truly necessary, which helped us keep money in our pocket.
