The customer service and selection at Leo Alfred is fantastic. They are our sole jeweler. My husband had a wonderful experience working with Julie to find my engagement ring and have shopped with them ever since! They have beautiful settings and stone options and there is always something new to look at. They also have a great selection of gifts. Highly recommend them for any jewelry needs.
I took my old wedding ring in and had Leo Alfred completely redesign it. They did an awesome job on the redesign, and it is absolutely beautiful. I show it off to anyone who will look at it. After looking for 2 months for a necklace at other stores, we walked into Leo Alfred. Emily listened to us describe what we were looking, showed us what was available in the store, and then told us how a custom piece could be made. I'm a typical guy who has no idea about jewelry. Had Jason talk to my fiancee about what she liked, and went in and picked out the stone. Easy process, Jason and staff made me look good with the choice of the engagement ring.
