My wife and I had an amazing experience with Lenzi and staff, they were completely fair and up front. Great prices and service, they also have a top notch mechanic on site. I highly recommend this place, you will not find a better deal. The staff there is some of the most honest and friendliest people you will ever meet.
Be careful dealing with this dealer. They’ll get you all set up for approval with one of the lenders they recommend, then tell you once you’re approved, let them know and you can put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Meanwhile, they let someone else jump right over you. For the record, my loan was approved before the other person, the credit union never notified me. I had to call them. Why tell me to wait until I was approved instead of suggesting putting a deposit down? I thought there would be at least honor to wait for ... read more

Hi Mike, We are sorry for your disappointment! We do have a policy in which we require a down payment and proof of approval in order to hold any vehicle, which we made you away of upfront. The reason for this policy is to avoid someone putting a deposit down and then being unable to obtain financing, which would result in us holding a vehicle unnecessarily; which would be unfair to any other potential client and could possibly cause us to lose business. If you hate high pressure salesmen then this is the place to buy a car ! They have quality cars on their lot and everyone there is so friendly ! We bought a beautiful Ford Escape and the entire experience was great. They are down to earth , friendly and very helpful. Go here to buy your next used vehicle !!!
