Omg. I bought a 2017 f350 with 39000 miles on it. Two weeks after the ck engine light came on. 5 times they came and got the truck for work on it to three different dealers. For three months I have not had the truck in my possession for even a full two weeks. The truck is still broken and not repaired and my truck is my office costing my tons of money making payments on a truck that sits in dealerships and driving all over Wisconsin with the same result everytime. These people are bad for the car sales industry, period! They left me with a very butter taste in my mouth from a business transaction that took place in July of 2020. I'm a customer located in Massachusetts who thought I was equipped to purchase a vehicle online (2018 Range Rover Velar), however I later found out that you can be too too equipped especially when you aren't able to purchase in person. This place use to be very good about taking care of things for those needing a ride. It has now become a place you do all the work and beg for help. They refuse to answer your replies and keep communication open. I waited 2 weeks to find out a vehicle had been sitting there waiting for me . Told they would call back never did. Ran my credit so many times it was ridiculous. Will never buy a vehicle here again . Be very careful how much info you give. They will run you around because to lazy to do their job

The customer is correct, he did get approval on the vehicle, however, the customer was not returning any calls we made. Two employees tried to made contact but we never received a call back to see if he wanted to take advantage of the good news..he was approved to buy the vehicle. I'm very confused as to why he is upset.

Business practices our of great concern when dealing with this dealer. Prices displayed may not be actuall price. Be careful of any spoken word of upgrades, reeks havoc on actuall price displayed. Be warned, if considering purchasing any vehicle from this dealer, check/double check price display as actuall prior to spending any time negotiating.

The claim is false as our Wi buyers guide and internet price were in line with each other. Nothing was done wrong. We have over 15 "stock trucks" priced lower and this truck just had the wheels and tires/lift installed. The window hanger was in process of being change. No gimmicks or games here.

Terrible customer service! Looked at a truck online 3 separate days over the weekend, called on Monday to see if it was still available. Talked with Paul. Agreed to come take a look that night but I noticed I could no longer find it online. They claimed their system was down at the time. Drove an hour and a half. When sitting down to talk numbers, Paul pulled out a sheet showing the truck info with a price $5000!!!! I can understand how the customer was upset. Truly, there was a glitch in the system. After I spoke to our internet manager, after the customer left, he confirmed it was a glitch. I even called the customer to tell her the issue as I knew it was a non human error 100%. The customer was right, there were two stories as to why the truck didn't sell. They lied to me about the condition of the car, (which is what most dealerships do) but this was much much worse due to the fact that I was coming in from NY to purchase the vehicle.. The suv was advertised as being 2 months old with 1700 miles,,, and I was told it was in perfect condition inside and out with no paintwork done. When I got there I immediately noticed that the door was what seemed to have been spray painted with a can of kryon spray paint and the door did not align. Mr. L***** I'm very sorry for the inconvenience we caused you. You are correct that there was poor bodywork on the right rear door, and we missed it. I did not see a huge crack in the dash, but did see a scuff about 1/2 inch long.We take pride in our inventory and process of our sales and take these complaints very seriously.

Five minutes after calling a salesperson (Paul P*****) concerning an online advertisement for a specific truck being offered for sale, the online price increased $1,000.00. I called the salesperson again, although no answer. I immediately emailed the salesperson with two screenshots of the advertisement: before the cost increase and after the cost increase. Brad L*** blatantly sold me a 2008 Chev Cobalt that had a big hole in the bumper showing it had been in a recent accident. Wouldn't show me any other vehicle. Seemed to need to get rid of this Cobalt by other comments he made. Made it look like he would "give me a deal". My credit was not poor, but not excellent at the time.
