Very bad – I needed two teeth to be pulled out and it was covered by my insurance. The cost for one tooth was suppose to be $15. I went to this American Family Dental office, and Dr. Farzam told me that it is not covered and it will cost $200 for pulling out one tooth. I talked to my insurance the day before and I knew that the dentist was telling lies. He was supposed to send a request for authorization to my insurance.
